• Practice Veterinary Medicine until 1980
• Graduated from Missouri Auction School in 1979
• Attended Meridian Technology Center for Sales Associate License In Real Estate - 1980
• Attended Meridian Technology Center for Broker's License In Real Estate - 1981
• Was an instructor for Real Estate & Auctioneering at Meridian Technology Center
• Worked full time in the Auction & Real Estate Business for over 20 years
• Graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute at Indiana University in 1987
• Held appraisal license until 2001
• Member of National Auctioneers Association
• Member of Oklahoma Auctioneers Association
• Active in church
• Member & past president of the Perry Chamber of Commerce
• Member & past president of the Perry Lions Club
